At JayEm, we’re committed to providing an empowering and flexible learning experience. To support this, we’ve created an enrollment and refund policy that is clear, fair, and learner-focused.
Enrollment Policy
- Eligibility: Learners must meet any course-specific prerequisites (outlined on each course page). For minors, parental or guardian consent is required at the time of enrollment.
- Enrollment Process:
- Choose your course or program.
- Complete the online registration form.
- Submit payment or apply for any applicable discounts or scholarships.
- Receive confirmation and onboarding materials within 48 hours.
- Start Dates:
Courses may be self-paced or follow a cohort model with scheduled start dates. Please refer to each course page for specific enrollment windows. - Access:
Learners gain access to the course portal upon confirmation of payment. Access continues for the duration of the course, with options to extend in some cases.
Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to fairness and respect for both learners and instructors.
Full Refund:
- If you cancel within 7 days of enrollment and have completed less than 10% of the course content, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund:
- If you cancel within 14 days of enrollment, and have completed less than 25% of the course, you may receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds are issued after 14 days, except in cases of verified medical or exceptional circumstances (reviewed on a case-by-case basis).
Non-Refundable Items:
- Registration or administrative fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Personalized services such as 1-on-1 coaching, assessments, or downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed.
Transfers & Deferrals
We believe in flexibility. If you’re unable to complete your course due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You may defer enrollment to a future session (once, within 6 months), free of charge.
- You may transfer your enrollment to another eligible course of equal or lesser value (within 14 days of enrollment), subject to availability.
Important Notes
- All refund and deferral requests must be submitted in writing to: ja*****************@gm***.com with supporting documentation (if applicable).
- Processing time for refunds is up to 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
